I went to the desk to ask for a drink refill. I had 3 different staff walk up to the desk to bring someone else their food. They all made eye contact with me and turned and walked the other way. They were just standing there staring at computer screens waiting on food to come up. I finally had to ask for a manager. One of those three asked how she could help. She said they were really busy. MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVED THIS PLACE SO MUCH AND ONLY BAD THING WAS ALOT OF THE GAMES DIDNT WORK AND THEY WERE THE BEST INES BUT SHE STILL HAD A BLAST. JUST WISHED I WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE GAMES BEFORE BUYING SO MANY TICKETS
