PLEASE just stop marking my order as complete if you're gonna make me wait 20+ minutes, and then not giving me the cup I need to fill my drink anyway. I needed to wait a combined 40 minutes before just because they forgot my drink and prioritize the drive-thru and Doordash over any walk-ins.
I come at least once a week to this location today I order two ice cream cones the young guy that brought them to me brought them them melted dripping down every where and I told him you at least got some napkins he said no didn’t apologize or anything and he basically gave them to me and I got ice cream all over my clothes he just ran back inside never offer me napkins or to fixed it I was a little upset about this
