Understaffed and rude. Had to ask someone to take out order after standing at the counter for about 5 minutes.
Extremely unorganized. This is a busy travel place, none of the order here machines were working correctly so people were ordering on them and then being made to pay the counter. There's no cashier at the counter to pay so everybody can drive through was getting their orders done and nobody inside was getting their orders made. When the staff was alerted they really didn't care because they were trying to get the orders out that were already in
i placed my order through the app put it for the drive thru sat there for about 10 minutes the line never moved so i switched to the counter so i went inside and was in there for 10 minutes nobody came to the register
