I arrived to this location at 11:30, and they have the lobby closed when their sign clearly says midnight. Another customer stated that staff says that they close the lobby at 11, but allow customers to remain in the lobby until midnight. I walk to the location because I don't have a car, and they said they can't serve walk up customers in the drive thru window. This is bad practice by the staff because they are refusing service to customers, and breaking policies by closing before stated time without advance notice.
Use to be good, the last two months it’s been the slowest McDonald’s ever. My grandmother has dementia and is slow…this is McDonald’s is slower.
