Employee provided great customer service.
I ordered a burger and fries at 11pm .. 9/12/26 My burger was raw I also could not get a refund for it because doordash is not working. I called at 12:04 pm no one answered. A raw burger come on you cant do that. I could have been very sick.
Zero customer service. There's never anyone at the front counter to help you. You can yell hello for 5 or 10min and be completely ignored. If you poke your head around the counter to see id theres anyone working there, then they accuse you of trying to come in their kitchen where they hide out, so you just stand around and see if anyone wants to come out. after being ignored for 10-15min you go through the drive through only to be told "we'll be with you in a moment" and be ignored for another 10min. it takes 15-20min just t... read more
Best McDonalds I’ve been to and I’ve traveled all over the country. Manager and employees extremely helpful and kind to speak with. Pleasant experience and clean atmosphere!
Went in last night around 9:30-10pm through the drive through. They forgot to give me my other items (partly on me, I got one item and due to the finality of how our conversation went I drove away.) I had my husband walk in and try to get our two missed items and they ignored him for like 5 minutes. So I walked in, and asked him what was happening and he said they are ignoring me.
