My son was going to pick up McDonald's for supper. No one acknowledged him when he went in. He stood at the front counter, and no one came to take his order. We do not use the kiosik, we prefer a person. The employees ignored him so he left. Once again, my son went in, and once again, the same thing occurred. We will not return.
Redefining disappointment one order at a time. The drive-thru is slower than a dial-up modem, and the burger I ordered apparently wasn’t invited to the party. At this point, I’d have better luck ordering food from a mirage.
I would like to single out mariana today! Her exceptional service and great smile makes my day! Thank you!
Can't go wrong with McD fries. Just don't like the whole automated ordering and order pick up situation. Miss actually having human conversation contact.
