Visiting family here and stopped to get good old faithful iced tea- it looked like sewer water. Cloudy, dark and scummy. 3 times!!!! If you can’t do a simple thing right don’t even touch the food.
Sometimes the French fries are fresh and other times they aren't. However, what's terrible here is that the staff doesn't pay attention to takeout orders. The last time we went, we paid for a combo burger and some nuggets as well. The employees only gave us the combo burgers, but they never included the package of nuggets in our order. Likewise, they didn't include straws for our drinks. What's wrong? We lost money and part of our breakfast. Most halfassed mcdonald in the state of Utah everytime Ive ordered something they miss the fries everytime go to any other mcdonalds
Update: I was served a burger on a moldy bun. This was drive through so I had to drive all the way back to get a new one. The manager tried to gaslight and tell me it was "dust from the toaster." Absolutely disgusting. Ordered on the app (first mistake) Chose pickup instead of drive thru (second mistake) Didn't check my bag before leaving (third mistake) Long story short, the drive thru line was very long so I opted for pickup.
