9/10 times they mess up my order and have to wait for the longest time. They told me to park in the park & wait (15+ mins), messed it up, went in to the counter and waited (and got ignored) for another 15+ mins. Catch a grip.
We have gone here pretty frequently since we moved and most of the time it is okay but today we had a record bad experience. We sat at the drive through window for 25 minutes before someone acknowledged us. (Other cars drove around us). They brought us two wrong orders and we left with a partially filled order after three attempts to get them to get it right. Our food was cold as well. I never leave negative reviews like this but i would steer clear of this place.
This is probably the slowest McDonald's on the face of the Earth
Terrible service. Frequently doesn’t give you food you paid for and then you have to go in and wait in a line where the employees all ignore you for 20 minutes. Slow service and the fries are usually stale.
