Waiting 20 min for someone to take my cash at register and put my order in where are you workers??
I stopped there with my grandson. We came in, and nobody was at the counter. One worker was yakking and after a few minutes a young worker came to take the order but she had been barely trained to work the register. The yakking worker came and gave her 3 seconds of instruction then left. I wasn't expecting much after that but when the food came out was probably the best McDonald's I've had in a long, long time. Whoever cooks their food deserves a raise.
It’s hot asf outside and I wanted a quarter pounder with cheese meal from my little mcd app for $7 and chicken sandwich meal with ranch. Not only did I get charged 15¢ for ranch. But they only put 1 patty on the quarter pounder and didn’t even give me my ranch .
