We went through the drive-thru...when we got our order and seen our large fey box was not even half full...I took them in and talked with the manager. I showed her the fries and she said I was lying and they are in the bag and she wanted to see the bag...when I returned with the bag the manager proceeded to explain to me about how they do their fries. I did not ask for that information. She took both my fries and only gave me 1 large fry and put them in my bag upside down and told me to leave. VERY RUDE!!!!!!!
I don't eat at McDonald's but I had stopped in the drive through to get some frappes. We ordered five frappes and it took 20 minutes to get them and then the order was messed up so we had to wait another 5 minutes until they corrected it.
Poor, poor job. Food usually stale, bread dry. Very inconsistent service. Can take longer than 20 min in line I'm having an update my post unfortunately without any better news or any improvement in service. Today's date is December 23rd ordered simple McDouble and McChicken. They gave me the McDouble and park me and reserve for drive-thru number two and it has taken almost 10 minutes to get my other sandwich so I'm sitting here with a cold burger and yet to see the remainder of my order
