What was once the flagship of fast food establishments has become a beacon of disappointment. This is the second McDonald's I've been to recently that has not brought the food out to the table despite having the locator plaques that state they do so. We ordered from the kiosk, so I know there was no communication error yet. They made my daughter's cheeseburger wrong. Without cheese. I paid for a meal just to get my sandwich with no hash brown and I wanted orange juice not unsweetened tea
