The service here is subpar I ordered burger deal and waited for almost 20 minutes. There was a lady also waiting who stated her order was more than 25 minutes old and she was still waiting. I noticed their order numbers were showing on the right side of the board indicating "Now Serving" for most of that time. I think they are cheating the Serve Time monitoring system.
Not sure where to even start but slowwww. This is the slowest mcdonalds I have even been to. I door dash and Uber eats, they dont acknowledge you. They have you pull up in the drive through and claim food is done when its not. They arent friendly at all. Not sure whats going on with management but its poorly ran.
the skinny blonde girl with the face piercing im assuming is the manager ran after me out the door having her employers hold her back like she was going to jump on me at my car with my children present after i had the rudest experience possible just trying to order food. i will be calling corporate
