What I experienced there was not poor service — it was deliberate mistreatment and discrimination. There’s bad customer service and then there’s the management at this place. As I was walking in with my partner I witnessed how a delivery man was mistreated by who appears to be the management, Bonye or Bonsie. I was baffled at the condescending way he was ignored and obviously singled out by this person. It’s things like this that really stop someone from going to a certain location and then just choose another location instead. Snow day in Bath today so got there at 8:30 sign said they would be open at 9:00 (due to the snow delay I am guessing) although the parking lot was plowed and there were people inside. Waited 30 minutes and went in at 9:03 and they stated they weren't going to be making breakfast because it was too much of an inconvenience for them to make breakfast for 2 hours???.... December 2025 Update - Bumping to 4 stars cause they've been doing ok June 2024 update - bumped it up to 3 stars cause they’ve done well recently 2023 Update: this place still sucks. My fault for going back though, I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget and only got 5 spicy nuggets and 5 regular nuggets. I wanted to give a 2nd one star review but google wont let me. Like seriously? It takes 3 and a half minutes to cook fresh nuggets and I waited in line for that amount so why not just cook them?????? This McDonald’s is the absolu... read more
