I wanted to give this place a 0 star. First I ordered in the front they never did nothing they asked me to order from the kiosk one of them was not working because everyone else was was using the kiosks. then I open my box of nuggets to find out they sat there for 10 minutes, freezing cold, I asked them to heat it up but instead they rejected me because I have no idea why they wouldn’t heat it back up, then I got fries but those were fresh and hot but to find out my tooth broke off because I ate a fry that was never cooked b... read more
never can get my order right. always something wrong or missing. most of the time it’s at least fresh so i didn’t make a big deal. today my fiancé went out of his way to get me a frappe, i asked for extra caramel and they literally put an inch of caramel in the bottom of my cup. the drink is all caramel it’s not even drinkable. idk if they did it bc they were annoyed i asked but be so fr, nobody wants tht. if you hate your job get a new one :)
This is my second encounter with poor service at this location. Drive up to the drive thru this morning. Wait wait wait for the person to take my order. Just sitting and asking for service. Nobody answers. Yet people in the store watching you drive around. Bye Felicia!!!! Pitiful
