When I go through the drive through I don't wait that long, it's when I come inside to order food I end up waiting 15-20 minutes.... But everyone is very nice and apologized for the wait

I’ve been in and out of the hospital and all I wanted was a Big Mac meal large fries and a pie with a Diet Coke.. well of course that didn’t happen. They said they were out of fries, out of Diet Coke and out of pies… I ended up with a cold big Mac. McDonald’s used to be my favorite place ever! It’s quickly becoming my least and it’s making me sad.
I happen to have seen behind the scenes at this location. The food is fresh and made fresh. The employees care about the quality, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
$5 for a mcdouble!? I can get a good burger from in and out for that. Goodbye McDonald's
