I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. The customer service was poor from the start, and my order took much longer than expected. When I finally got my food, items were missing. Instead of fixing the issue, the staff denied that anything was missing and didn’t take any responsibility. There was no apology or effort to make things right. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.
Great service from Jose and the crew at McDonald’s! Everyone was friendly, fast, and made sure my order was correct. The place was clean, and the team had a positive attitude that really stood out. You can tell they work well together and care about customers. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had, thank you, Jose and team!
Food on par with other McDonald's, seems understaffed though.
