Je suis très déçu du service. J'ai demandé à une employée où se trouvait la poubelle, et elle m'a simplement répondu en pointant du doigt, sans un mot. J'ai trouvé ce geste peu respectueux et peu professionnel. Un minimum de courtoisie fait toute la différence dans le service à la clientèle. Malheureusement, cette expérience me donne envie de ne plus revenir dans ce McDonald's.
All tables so dirty, bathroom haven’t been cleaned all day, soda station filthy. Plus employee bring her child to work and let him run everywhere in the customer area with his phone and blasting his YouTube video and hitting customer while racing himself.
