I'm a delivery pick up and I received a pick up at the store and one of the employees never attended to me and she was talking in the phone and touching food at the same time ,that's not at Good service to the restaurant because they serving food and touching the phone at the same time taking the order take she is serving is a cross contamination. I DON'T understand what kind of training that lady received to work in McDonald's.
Two times i’ve been to this location within the past week and they’ve either messed up the order or completely forgot items that were ordered. Completely unacceptable.
Avoid. Service has gone down and it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what’s going on.
Waited 27 minutes for our food because they served doordash first even if doordash orders are made after the customer inside. BAD MANAGEMENT!
