I had a disappointing experience at this location. I arrived at 10:25 and asked if I could order lunch, but was told the cookers weren’t ready yet. I left the line and returned at 10:35, only to see someone placing a breakfast order — which left me confused, since it was just five minutes after the breakfast cutoff time. I also asked to upgrade my meal deal drink to orange juice and was told that wasn’t an option, which seemed a bit odd. The customer service poor, we went to drive through, after she took our order we have been advised to wait in number 2 due to traffic behind us. After waiting approximately 23 minutes nobody showed up, we went inside and ask about our order, they give us a hard time.
