They say they're closed whenever they feel like it's more specific between 3-4am. Had called to make sure they were open minutes before arriving, said they're cash only and mobile orders thru the app, but as soon as I get there with my mobile order at the drive thru, they say they're closed. They always claim to have nothing but 3 items on the menu, too. Always messing up my orders on the App.
I placed a DoorDash order and found a dead insect (looks like a fly) in my fries!!! I dumped the fries onto their napkins and when I was getting to the bottom I saw something black, I thought it was a tiny piece of burned fry, but as I looked closer, it’s a dead bug!!! Never in my life have I ever had this happen, and I feel sick to my stomach - appetite gone! Employee and managers, come on!!! How would you like to find a bug in your food??? Close the windows and doors or something…this is so unsanitary and disgusting. C’mon... read more
