This McDonald's location use to have a BIG problem with service when they had a certain night shift manager on staff who was very rude to customers. Well, they must've finally listened to all the complaints and got rid of her, or she quit. Now this location has improved immensely since then. This is my hometown McDonald's so it pleases me to finally be able to give it a 5 star. Don't skip this spot if you're on your way across the bay bridge.
Lately every time i go there, they leave something out of my order. Very disappointing to get 20 miles away and my granddaughter asks “where is the syrup” in
