I really hate to complain, but this location continues to disappoint. It always seems understaffed, the crew constantly appears rushed, and mistakes are just too common — from not putting what you specifically ask for on your sandwich to food that’s undercooked or not fresh. To make matters worse, after 10 PM DoorDash drivers are often told to circle back around the long drive-thru line when the store makes a mistake — instead of handling it efficiently at the window. Employees laughed and mocked me as I'm waiting for my order for over 10 min. Looking back at me from time to time as a wait for my food. A manager named Rachel didn't even acknowledge me after I asked for my food that was sent down line, only to give my order to another employee with frustration like I did something wrong. McDonald's is becoming a terrible place to bring family and generally eat.
I ordered breakfast here this morning. I asked for the sausage egg biscuit, add cheese, sub round egg. What I got was the regular egg that comes on it plus onions and a hamburger patty instead of sausage. Absolutely gross. I will not be back.
