We ordered curbside. Ordered two mcchickens that had so much mayo that it was dripping off the sandwich. When the girl came out she handed it to us with both the fry cartons upside and everywhere in the bag. Our nuggets were ice cold and we had to remind them we ordered drinks. My goodness. What is going on with customer service here. It's absolutely horrible. We'll just go to wendys from now on.
Lauren is an excellent manager who provides great customer service.
This place is nasty
4am is system reset so there is a bit of a wait, however they let you know. Everyone is always friendly.
