I feel as if Im a type of person to give the benefit of a doubt. Every time. I mean every. Time. (I have gone here for three years almost) they mess up on my food or my partners food. We don't get a lot and when I bring it to their attention as polite as can be saying please and thank you they are extremely rude about it and they even walk away as you are explaining how the food is supposed to be made as it was ordered. I have to say it's one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in
This McDonald’s constantly has issues, and I’m beyond frustrated. Not only is the back area always a complete mess and disgusting to look at, but the workers clearly aren’t doing their jobs half the time. I went to this location around 8:00 PM and ordered 2 caramel sundaes and 6 cookies. I sat in the mobile order parking spots for 15–20 minutes waiting for my food. Eventually, a worker came out with a bag, looked at the receipt, and handed it to me without saying a single word, only for me to realize I was missing two sundae... read more
