I normally order through the app, have the food delivered to my car, and things usually go smoothly. Today, they didn't. Today the information in the app was incorrect; the deal was a medium fry and a medium soft drink with a $2 purchase. However, when I placed my order, which was well over $2, the fries didn't show up. On top of that, when I arrived at my location in Madison, the app blanked and I couldn't input my parking spot. Tea should not be cloudy! The machine is either dirty, sanitizer was left in the machine or it was mixed with old tea. This needs to be corrected. I do not drink soft drinks or other surgery drinks. I also tested the sweet tea for appearance and it was weak like water and still cloudy. This also needs to be corrected.
