Update: she’s still here continuing to provide bad service and bad iced coffee. Milk fully separated from the coffee. Not one ounce of effort made to mix any drinks from drive thru customers who are driving to work and can’t be trying to finish mixing a drink properly. I know it’s cheaper that Starbucks but this is getting ridiculous! This is by far the most consistent bad drive-through service every morning. This is by far the most consistent bad drive-through service every morning. The Asian manager that runs the drive-through is extremely rude. Does not stop to listen and is always in a hurry because she’s a bad manager getting orders wrong. The iced coffees she serves have a separation of syrup at the bottom 2 inches of solid milk and ice and coffee on top. She doesn’t bother mixing it.
