If I could give it a 0 I would. There is a couple staff that are great hardworking people but the rest are a joke. U will sit in line for 45 mins to get a cup of coffee. Never have any help never have shakes, half time don't open till 8 or 9 am then cut breakfast off 1hr later. This chain needs new owners / management or completely shut down. Not to mention it's attached to a store and the traffic backs up so bad people get blocked in parking spaces due to how long it takes for orders. An once u pull in line you are stuck. B... read more
