Customer service SUCKS!!!! I tend to stop by on my way to the office. Pull in drive-through and wait....second car pulls up and the employee 'wakes-up' and serves them first...really??? Finally, my turn, I provide code...nothing...wait...nothing. 'Did you get the code...a faint yeah, I order without any acknowledgement, wait and then drive around. I again, wait...she doesn't even look at me, hands me my food without uttering a word so I drive off. This hasn't been the first time that I either cannot understand a single word ... read more
