Took 30 minutes for 2 ice-cream and a coffee they served 5 people before us that ordered after us
Absolutely horrific location. Placed our order which we repeated 2 or 3 times. Got to the window, took 15 minutes to get the first pieces. Sat there additional 10 mins and waited. Then asked for the rest of the food, came out in pieces. Checked, and had not received one order of fries, so we inquired and the staff said one sec. 5 mins later, the manager came and asked us to pull away from the window. Didn't receive my key chain
Rona is terrible!!!
We don’t usually leave reviews but this was an exceptionally poor experience. We pre-ordered on the app. When we got to the restaurant we waited about 40 minutes for our food. After 30 minutes we went in and said we’d like to cancel our order. They told us it was ready, after which our food came out in stages. Half the food was cold. We asked could they give a discount or some consideration for how long it took. The manager said no, seeing how many orders they had to fill.
