Personal desagradable y comida mala. Nos sacaron las papas disecadas y los pies de manzana quemados. No trajeron el pedido completo. Éramos 6 personas. No recomiendo jamás !
For the amount of scurrying around and complaining about how hard they are working, nothing is actually happening. Each persons meal took about 20min to get…for a kids meal only pretty sad.
We went through the drive thru. The order taker was a male and was very nice clear order taker the person that handed us our food was a female and she was also nice. The food was hot did not have to wait and it was correct. The only complaint is the size of a medium latte. I do not like the size change on the specialty coffees.
I have been to this location several times lately. I have no complaints about this location, in fact it is probably our favorite in the Houma/Thibodaux area. My review today, however, is based on the service provided to me on our last 3 trips. There's a worker there that I felt needed recognition. His name is Ray (I had to ask). He served me these last 3 visits. I have been there when they were busy and when they are slow. I've had the same consistent service. He has been very quick, accurate, and well mannered.
