Incredibly rude to my elderly grandfather. Gave him the wrong coffee, he ordered a medium ice coffee, they gave him a small regular coffee and told him it was what he ordered.
These guys have a difficult time getting orders right. Very rarely do i order a delivery from this one and it is correct.
Really great experience, very good customer service but for the love of God, for the price we are now paying for McDonalds (not exactly top food) PLEASE PUT KETCHUP in the bag at drive thru. This really is cheap as hell not to Would had given a 5... The manager I talked to said ya have to ask??? Why? Thats seriously common sense. I mean your way over charging for fast food, yes I know what food cost is, you can afford to throw a ketchup packet in the drive thru order.
