My thoughts and concern come from what I just witnessed. It is currently pouring rain outside. We were parked from drive-thru which was fine. But then our food was brought out to us. The audacity of management leaves me appalled. You have a man in a wheel chair running food out to cars that are parked 40+ feet from the door in the pouring rain. To the person working on speaker on the first lane on Thursday 18th around 5:20-5:30 DIDNT EVEN HEAR WHAT I WANTED gave me sweet and sour sauce when I didn’t ask for it didn’t even say what sauce just picked it for me?? and I didn’t even get the drink I wanted!!
