The past few times I’ve gone here they will either not tell you to wait or they will and then someone else will pull up in the second ordering lane and I’ve been sitting there already for some time and they get their orders done first and then I can order. I thought it was supposed to be first come first serve until there’s lines then it’s every other.
Again, with the napkin shortage?!
For McDonald's and fast food they do pretty good. Our orders are very likely to be correct and complete. The only thing I can think of for constructive advice would be we went here one morning during open hours and waited for quite a bit at the DT. And then found out they were short staffed and not open. It would have been nice to know what was happening.
Consistently poorly made, cold limp underdone fries. This week, missing 1 chicken nugget from a 4 PC order and didn't receive my sauce. Employees are always pleasant but I will be taking another good long break before trying again at this location. If fries are not good what's the point of spoiling my diet.
