The front desk is really rude, I got a drive through code and she won’t give it to me, said I cannot open the drive through window. Even other customers have the same problem. She is tall and mean.

Had to wait for 30mins this morning to get my breakfast. Doesn’t matter what you order since we had about 10 ppl waiting to pick up and staff simply don’t care. The dinning area has an unpleasant smell. Order somewhere else if you can.

Pretty sure it was the manager who was so kind & helpful to me. I would NEVER have stopped there had I not been forced to to get off the toll b/c they no longer take your info so you can pay online if you don't have dirty notes to hand over . (Anywho I digress.) I ordered steak egg and cheese bagel combo. It kind of sucked. There was more gristle and fat than actual edible meat. . . however the hash brown was fried perfectly. Couldn't even get my order, had to leave to get back to work on time. Worse 45min experience, plus the restaurant has such a bad odor you can't even smell fries or burgers being cooked. Workers seem under a lot of stress and it shows in their tones and facial expressions.
