The fries are ALWAYS cold. Y’all need to learn how to make them hot. Also the service is not good. Whenever you politely ask for something, you are met back with attitude.
Do NOT give your reward number if you plan to pay with a gift card. Not able to add a gift card to the app, ok let's go though the drive through instead. Guy asks me for my rewards number, ok why not. Arrive at the window and my card has been charged without my consent. Either through corporate maleficence or employee incompetence, they are not able to apply the gift card to the order. They are not able to reverse my order so I can place a new order without the rewards so I can use the gift card.
