They always forgetting the hash browns, it's been 4 times already
The app didn't open, no reward today, and no help or suggestions from the drive thru speaker. IF they would have suggested a different form of ordering or (anything in fact.) I might have stayed and ordered something else. But no offer of customer service, so I left. I'll spend my $$ and my rewards somewhere else. Training for customer service, consider getting some.
This place has decreased in staff competence..leading to an unpleasant experience. Dining area is always filthy. The employees are lazy. Completely disregarding their duties. Dine in means no bag.on a tree to the table indicated on kiosk..as well as on the receipt.
This McDonalds has only gotten worse with time. It's not worth going to this one. Skip it
