Placed a curbside order through the app. After waiting 20 minutes in curbside the app timed out and had us go through drive through. The woman at the drive through yelled at us, told us we never paid and that we had to reorder it because we didnt pay. Both the app, my bank statement, and the receipt she tried to show us clearly indicated that we paid for our food. She refused to give us our food until after yelling at us that we didnt pay.
