The person in the drive-through was nasty from the beginning. My husband has been collecting the McDonaldland postcards. I tried to order him one and asked to switch the milkshake for water. There was some confusion with my order yesterday. When I called, LaSean and her staff offered a quick solution. When I stopped in today, they knew who I was a prepared my order without hesitation. Thank you for the great customer service!
If I could give this place a negative star review I would. I ordered breakfast at 10:28 am. They still let me order breakfast so figured there was no problem. I was told to wait for my order as they were making hash browns, so I waited. I waited for my order and didn’t get it until 10:46 am. They brought out my order and I confirmed with the person that was bringing order out that I got a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I got a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Fast food ? I don't think so, no fast it all, I just stop for order a meal. Workers ignored me. I was the only customer in line. Nobody take my order. I just turn around and leave. Wait 3 minutes when you working on the road , time is gold. Well McDonald's it's right for pay the minimum wage for.
