I came through the drive thru on April 15th. I was handed my food by a young man with French fries sticking out of his mouth. He couldn't speak just nodded because his mouth was full of fries. This morning April 19th my daughter went through the drive thru for biscuits. All 4 were hard as a rock. You could barely chew them. This place is getting worse by the minute. Its a real shame these people aren't trained properly and take zero pride in their job.
While traveling to Gatlinburg Tennessee , we stopped at the McDonald’s located at 300 W Mills St, Columbus, NC 28722, and it ended up being one of the best road‑trip surprises. My Filet‑O‑Fish was hot, fresh, and honestly the best I’ve had in a long time — perfectly assembled and exactly what I needed while on the go. The manager on duty made the experience even better. I don't know McDonalds anymore. Went in and ordered using that dang kiosk, and put a number on my table, and waited over 10 minutes, nearly 15 minutes, and NO FOOD. I had said I'd pay cash, but the kiosk definitely told me to pick up a numbered table card and go to the table and they would DELIVER the food. It's not clear to me at what point I was supposed to pay. Meanwhile probably 10 cars went through the drive-through. Maybe just close the dining room and give up tgat part? Make it a homeless shelter?
