I frequent this location multiple times a week. I’ve had old, cold food, unsalted fries, etc, yet I never complain because everyone has off days. However, I have a complaint today. Why is it so difficult to get a large ice water? I understand that with the monopoly game going on, you want to charge full price for a large cup. If I’m willing to pay the $2.79 for a large ice water, why is that such an issue? I placed order for blueberry sprite. I pulled up to the window to pick up my drink. I was watching the young lady fix my drink and some of my drink got on her hand and she LICKED HER HAND! She turned and noticed I seen her so she put her right hand down to wipe it on her side and tried not to use her right hand while she CONTINUED to fix my drink.
