I like McDonald's very much except sometimes when I order a number 9 (two cheeseburgers) with no pickles or onions. And you know what happens? They put onions on the cheeseburger anyway. I mean I specifically said "no pickles OR onions.". Like I know you have new people working, but they should get the orders right. And I saw another review that said "My kid was on a bike and some worker told her if she doesn't leave in 30 seconds, she would call the cops on her." Like what the heck bro? I ordered deluxe qtr pounder and asked for extra patty... They gave me an extra bun!? What is wrong with these people? You think they have half a brain. Do they not think to stop and ask me if my order is correct? Also the cashier is rude. He never says anything to me when I pay for the food. I should stop coming here.
They advertise that they still have one certain happy meal. Toy, so I buy it separate from a meal. For that specific toy for my child and I get a completely different one, then they have my food order wrong. I call to talk to a manager about the wrong order. And they're more worried about giving me a refund for the toy, then making the whole situation right
Employees mess our simple drink order up every single time. When we confront them about it they lie to us about it. They act like putting the extra ingredient in our drink (that we pay for) comes out of their paycheck. I called the manager today to complain about my drink order being wrong again today and he ban us from the store. Do not go to this location, your order will be messed up and you will be treated with disrespect, and if you call and complain about it you will get banned.
