Our order was correct and they actually provided ketchup packets and napkins without us asking for them. You don't see that much any more
Numerous times I've been there and not received all the food that was ordered and paid for. The people at the window were too worried about talking to each other or looking cool, rather than doing their actual jobs.
Drive thru clearly gets 100% priority as I waited 20 mins for 2 mcchickens. Inside customers had to ask how much longer for their orders to get filled, myself included.
