Caramel frappes are awesome, always get those. But my quarter pounder was so dry and old, it was probably yesterday's food. Yuck.

I called about a drink that I get everyday to let the employee know something tasted off about it, it also was way lighter in color then normal and had no foam at the top like it’s supposed to with it being a latte, the lady was rude telling me they just calibered it last week and it’s not how they made it. No offer to switch the drink up or refund me my $3.50, I wouldn’t recommend going to this location as they’re rude especially if they make a mistake. Maybe it's because it was Sunday. The woman behind the counter made eye contact with me five times and still made me wait 15 minutes to pick up my order. I ordered off of the app. The customer service was horrible
