I ordered through mobile app and pick up through drive-thru. When we got there, the line was too long. Usually if this happens, I can change the pick up to counter but this time there was no option to do so. I just went to the counter. No one even approached me or looked at me it’s as if i’m invincible. They just pass by without making eye contact. 15mins went by, finally someone asked my order number.
