If zero stars were an option that is what this location would be getting. We have eaten at this location multiple times. The wait time is always awful and hardly ever worth the wait. This evening when my family came to the drive thru we were cursed at, threatened, and told by the manager “there’s nothing that you can do about it. I’m the one who deals with complaints”. So here I am taking my complaints public. There are plenty of our wonderful locations in the area…. This one definitely is not one of them.
Terrible customer service. Dead flies at counter stuck to the orange Hi-C in between the wooden railing that is so close together you can't easily clean up spills, so they just leave it for the flies to drink!
