Food was great especially considering being understaffed and busy. Would give 5 stars if they would support current staff working hard .
Holdrege is a very unpleasant town for starters. so going here is a last resort if you travel through. Place needs to carefully clean their ice cream machine.
Pulled into drive through with 4 cars in front of me at 10am. 1 car drove off due to waiting too long, and both the other three waited literally 10 minutes just to place their orders. I got to the order board right at 10:30, and was told I couldn’t order any breakfast, and food was going to be minimum 15 minutes. He did tell me he wasn’t going to take any orders, and when I asked him to clarify he said “well I can, but it’s still going to be 15 minutes”. Every time I go to this McDonald’s I regret my decision. Fries are regularly cold/old even when I ask for fresh ones. Service is always slow. I have ordered online, paid, and left without my food because it took so long
