Got there 5$ meal deal place wasn't busy at all but it took 5 minutes to get my order and the fries were cold. Should have went to chicken kingdom, there fast and the food is hot.
It's McDonalds - it is what it is. Fairly fast, fairly good, convenient beyond measure and the kids LOVE it! Super happy to have a new McDonalds near home, which makes it that much more comvenient
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for TWO burgers even though there was only 2 other cars. when we finally received our food it was cold, disgustingly greasy, looked like someone just threw all the ingredients in the box along with a gross pink coloured hair. definitely NOT coming back this is ridiculous. Only good thing i have to say about the place is the worker at the window (i think her name was hailey) was very apologetic about the wait and definitely should’ve had more help then she did.
Disappointed. Had a coupon for a meal, ordered Big Mac meal and a McDouble. Waited 5 minutes, live 5 minutes away and Big Mac was cold, fries were cold and got a cheeseburger instead of a McDouble, also cold.
When I found that I was missing a McDouble from my order, Melissa was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I got one later in the day when I showed her my receipt. She was so helpful, even when it was swamped. 10/10 for a busy manager!
