The staff was very helpful. The computer system messed up my order, but they made everything right. They made me whole
There is no one working at the register. The kiosks don't work. There is no working WiFi and it causes ALL the problems now that they route everything online. You can't use your phone, rewards, or deals. Mobile orders ALWAYS mess up getting sent to the store and/or registering your location for proper pickup. Countless order issues and DELAY after DELAY after DELAY. Management shakes it off. Easily the WORST McDonald's in existence.
Went to McDonald’s and placed an order. When I got there I waited 20 minutes. I asked for help and showed them the receipt. They told me to refresh the app and see if it goes through, my receipt was lost. They said they couldn’t help me anymore because there is no receipt to find even tho I showed them the previous receipt. Terrible service, unhelpful, the bathrooms were seriously disgusting. Toilet was clogged and no soap in dispenser.
