I thought I saw Donald trump at first but it was the new GM I’m assuming. Not nice at all, rushed us and not polite. Seemed like it was her first day. Food was cold.

They messed up on my order which I politely let the cashier know and rather than apologizing for it, the Manager rolled her eyes and I was handed what I originally ordered. Poor customer service and attitude from Management and the team members reflect that. It’s unfortunate. Hopefully improvements are made.
I waited 31 minutes for a large coke and a large strawberry shake. That’s all I ordered, 2 drinks. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s for almost 4 years now and both of those drinks together take less than a minute to make and refilling the shake machine takes less than 3 minutes and replacing the soda syrup also takes less than 3 minutes, There is no excuse. I didn’t even receive an apology for the wait. Worst service I’ve ever seen at any McDonald’s.
