the person at the first window forgot his window was open openly called me a “retard” because I didn’t have my McDonald’s rewards open even though we said we will be using the rewards app so that was pretty nice of him hopefully my food isn’t tampered with 👍 this all happened July 19th at 10:30pm
I ordered a BACON cheese quarter pounder… no bacon. Is it really that hard to read a ticket? Like you were so close to getting it all right McDonalds.
This location got my order wrong, and they demand I drive back to pick up the food when I just want a refund. They refuse to give refunds. The customer service is awful. The employees here are rude and don't have manners or common sense.
This is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in.
