I drive for Uber Eats, and it's consistently a 10-30 plus minute Wait time for anything they do with no front of counter service to speak of
Every time I visit I pray and hope they give me what I pay for. Even the simplest order is messed up. Customer service is horrible on top of that. This place needs corporate to come in and investigate.
05/15/2026 I ordered at 11:17pm. I was forced to wait in the drive thru line while the employees were playing and talking with a friend at the window. There was no transaction, they were just talking for 20 minutes while the line was forxed to wait. I asked for the manager and told them what happened. I did not get my order until 11:35pm. And not only did I have to unnecessarily wait, but the food was also cold. This was absolutely unnecessary.
