Yesterday, I visited your McDonald’s and witnessed something that was very upsetting. A manager named Minerva was extremely rude and unprofessional toward what appeared to be a new employee. It was obvious that it was likely the employee’s first day, and instead of offering guidance and support, the manager spoke to them in a disrespectful manner. This place is always messing up orders. From losing tickets to missing/incorrect items, there has not been a day where my order was 100% right.
Well, when I arrived around 6:30 PM—with beautiful weather outside in Chicago—the temperature inside the McDonald’s was extreme, especially in the kids' area, where it was around 87 degrees. I asked the supervisor if she could turn on the air conditioning, but she told me she didn't have access to adjust the temperature. There are plenty of better fast food options to choose in the area — don’t waste your time at this location. You’ll wait in long slow lines no matter the time of day, just for them to give you a bag that has cold fries in it and your order wrong. Edit: I’m leaving another one-star review because it’s that bad. I just tried to come to this location for a simple cheeseburger, ranch snack wrap and sweet tea thinking that was simple enough and it wasn’t.
