After waiting about a year to return to this specific McDonalds due to lousy service, their performance has not improved. After waiting just shy of a half hour and being told my food would be coming soon several times, I ended up leaving with NO FOOD. That was after they decided they could not credit the card I charged the meal to and came up with cash. I was only one of a few there with complaints. Just sat in line at the speaker for 15 mins and no one took our app code. Only one car ahead at the window waiting for their food. And 5 cars in the workers parking spot
the absolute worst customer service at any McDonald's I've ever been to. managers are not managing anything. the teenagers that work there are upset and cussing at something.
Nuggets were old.. asked for honey mustard and sweet and sour, got barbecue.. fries were fresh.
