My partner ordered breakfast to get home and got wrong order. Different item. Nobody answered the phone in 30 min calling. So we drove back again. They did order right but just bread with minuscule piece if egg anda meat. but we spent 1 hour while driving and waiting plus the 30 min on the phone and not even a I'm sorry or anything else.
This bum location is the worst. My wife was at a McDonald’s near her work in Evanston. They had a sign that you can get a Mcfloat Simple item put some soft serve in any drink that you would like. I came to this location went through the drive-through asked the worker. Could you please give me one of these? He said he cannot do that. I said you cannot put a pop of ice cream inside of a root beer. He said no he’s not allowed to give me a freaking break… They also mess up your order constantly and nickel and dime you for sauces... read more
