I'll be calling headquarters next! The manager is rude, lacks managerial skills, and employees don't speak English. Here are several instances of this happening! Everytime I place an order, it's missing something. On one occasion, I inadvertently forgot an item, so I asked if I could order it at the window; however, I was instructed to go around to place the order, even though there was no one behind me.
